George Mostat Obituary

George Robert Mostat, born October 17th, 1936 in Birch River, Manitoba, died April 18th, 2026 in Salmon Arm, BC.

Survived by his three kids, Greg (Kari) Mostat, Ryan (Katie) Mostat, Anissa (Dave) Wallace; his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and sister Sharon. George was predeceased by his wife Shirley, and brothers Dennis and Don.

George lived in Armstrong from 1978 to 1991 and moved to Salmon Arm in 1991. There will be no service. The family will have an intimate gathering at a later date. Donations can be made in memory of George to the Alzheimer’s Society.
